Reporting

The Reporting tab allows users to perform the following:
  • View LOL flood determinations that have had their flood determination updated by new FEMA data
  • View flood determination activity for determinations that fall within a flood zone
  • View flood determination activity
  • View summary activity

To view report activity, click the Reporting tab at the top of page; the Reporting section opens in a new browser window.



Using the Report viewing tools

Observe the following when using the Reporting functionality:
  • Use the up/down arrows next to each column heading to sort either alphabetically or numerically (ascending or descending order)


  • Enter a page to view search results if the total number of search results resides on multiple pages


  • Click the Zoom dropdown to magnify or shrink the search results


  • Click the Export dropdown to export the search results as one of the following file types:
    • XML file with report data
    • CSV (comma delimited)
    • PDF
    • MHTML (web archive)
    • Excel
    • TIFF file
    • Word


  • Click the Refresh button to update the search results


  • Click the Print button to print the search results
